Xref problem just "x"s no geo

Hii am pretty much a nob and i have a file that i have been working on just opened it after saving it cause i for got to do something and then i noticed that all the geo i brought in that i xref object brought is now just purple "x"s. i am sure its something like a link issue but i cant find how to fix it.
