Anyone nows about cloth simulation

20 Sep 2006what i want to ask ist how can i make pants and they dont fall from the caracters butt couse everytime when i start simulation it falls down :/ and hes naked again
ok they say just stop the simulation but how can i used with bones and skin wont it fall again?
i hope i you got what i tried to explain.... (me and my english

20 Sep 2006i suppose your using reactor? if you got towards the lasts drop menu of you cloth object, you can select and lock vertices to an object that way he'll never be naked again

20 Sep 2006i believe there is a way to constraint a few poly's so that they are not affected by the simulation im not sure about the specifics though sorry

20 Sep 2006what richard says works for reactor, and there should also be something similar to that if your using the cloth modifier stuff, or Simcloth. its just a matter of selecting the right vertices and "attaching" them to your body mesh.
