I do believe there is a script floating around from Tyson which renders slow mo, definately worth looking into if only you can find it.

i THINK i found it...but i have no idea how to use it except RUN SCRIPT.

you could rescale the time line, in the time configuration window there's a button called 'rescale time', and you can space the keyframes apart or squeeze them together. that works for me

Thanks panda! i forgot about that. It's simple thing to do and i can manipulate speed in the premiere. Thanks!
