Problem with focusing on one object,

Jonathan 480 posts12 Oct 2005Now in the lower right hand corner of the 3d max window is the button that is supposed to focus on an object. One question and one problem
Question:
What is the hotkey or shortcut for doing this? In Maya it's the "F" key be default.
Problem:
I click on that button and it sorta does "focus" but it focuses far away from the object, rather than close
How do I fix this?
