I followed it step by step. I downloaded to file it gave to start up the animation. In the end I learned all the steps using reactor to duplicate the animation.
The only problem is, once i try to design the road and the car, i use some wrong geometry im guessing. Like once i apply the reactor steps i learned to the scene, and preview the animation i get some error saying.
"Performance warning: Geometry is Convex but treated as Concave"
I think that message applies for the road, i used some wrong geometry or something ? plz help me out -
09 Sep 2007Its been quite some time since i've dabbled with reactor. But a performance warning like that shouldnt have much effect on your actual simulation?
I could be way wrong.
The way to change geometry type and the way reactor handles it is in the reactor object properties window. (Select object, top menu: Reactor, object properties) In there you can apply Convex n Concave n such.
But yeah I think performance warning is just like, telling you something that you might possibly improve to help simulation performance and result, instead of like This is the reason your simulation isnt working, or this will screw up what ya doin. ya hear?
