In Maya you can use the arrow keys to nudge a controller by pixels by pressing alt + up,down, etc. based on your current camera position It's useful for very fine little adjustments. I assume Max has one but I couldn't figure it out.
And while I'm here, how do I switch camera views from front to side, etc. Couldn't figure that out either ><
hah hmm.. I can't figure it out either....
I put a slider and a spinner right above it that control the same thing so I can zero out the slider and have fine control over the actual numbers, but if you just have a slider it must be a pain.
If anyone knows a way to zero out a slider or move it left to right in a controlled fashion, I'd love to hear about it too.
If you ever have a in viewport controller, would be easy enough to write a script to move it in small increments, and assign that to keyboard shortcuts.
Is there a hotkey(s) for scaling the view in the curve editor wider or taller? There are buttons to do it right in the CE but I hate having to click them on and then back off again. Wastes too many milliseconds!
