IK/FK Snap?

Hey guys!
So, I was wondering if anyone could point me to a good solution for IK/FK snap ...
I need my rig to have a button where it will snap the FK bones to the IK bones and another button to do the vice versa.
Kinda like the LowMax setup and/or the Dee Rig

I checked out the script though and I'm not sure how it works [it doesn't come w/any instructions]. Can't figure out what the start frame + end frame is for.
Also, I want to setup IkFK snap under my custAttributes not as an external script.
I'm going to try to see if I could dissect the script. Might be able to figure something out. -

Solved my issue!
I remember you telling me about this, so I kinda had an idea about how to approach this. My only problem was that I had forgot the whole fk_swivel part
[which was making it impossible]. Thats where I was getting confused and so decided to ask for help.
