So as some of us know in after effects you have the path your object moves that you can edit in the view (the curves of the animation). And you can animate the speed of it. So both of em are seperate. But in max i have problems to achieve it. i know that we can move around keys but not edit the curve of the animation. To chance the curve youll have to do it from the curve editor. but this also affects the speed. so i want that the star eases out upwards but if i change the position curve of z then i loose the speed and if i make the speed right then i loose the nice curve i have here. and i dont want to make for every animation a follow path constrain.....
When you're in the motion panel, under "trajectories", just click "sub-object". Now you can drag around the little square dots on the trajectory path in the viewport
this is exactly what im searching for but i cant belive max doesnt has this its stupid.... all above this you have to use follow path so you can seperate the animation path and the speed of the object because its tied to the animation path... arg i could boil from anger this is not acceptable....
