Well you're asking two things there, modelling + texturing.
Modelling, fairly simple.. model a fatass webbed hand

I would go box modelling.
Texturing, I don't get you there, texporter is a way of outputting uvw maps (if I remember correctly) You still have to unwrap it somehow, either via standard uvw mapping methods, uvw unwrap or that new crazy auto-unwrapper crap thats been going around like a bad std. If you're applying texture maps, your model has to have UVW co-ordinates. Even if you go procedural, unless the model is properly unwrapped you will see occurances of stretching, discoloration and redness about the joints.
