Theres a few sliders up in the channel box yeah, but what im suppose to do with them is another story. Would anyone download PMan and give this a shot themself?
And then maybe get back to me saying how all of this works.

Mkay, in the PM curves, at his feet, theres an option in the channel box at the bottom, IKFKSwitch, turn that on (1).
Then a little octagon appears at his wrists, thats the switch, so say you have your hand in place with FK, then key that, then key the IKFK option at 0, then the next frame make it 10 (aka full switch) and reposition his arm to approximatly the place you want it, key the movement and the IKFK switch. As far as I know that works, I've never used it before, but I'm pretty sure thats how it is done.
