i saw it last night. probably the worst comic book movie i've ever seen. the acting was just horrible, it felt like everybody just phoned in there performance. the accents were horrible. acting and dialogue just bad.
story had potential. the three goones that followed around the bad guy were useless. when the bad guy told one of them to go after ghost rider he should have just said, "you, go die first."
as far as the vfx go, i think they did a good job. fire is hard to do and it looked pretty good. i do wish however they would have lit the film a little darker, that way when johnny blaze goes ghost rider it would have been the only thing you would have seen. it would have lit up the set.

Heh, i think the best part of the flick were the visual effects and Nick Cages hair piece.
have you seen him in intervies? the hair is on the way out.
The writing was purdy bad and the pacing was really goofy. Things happened in an odd manner and some things went by very fast, others drug on and on.
if anything, see it for the visuals and a good laugh at how corney it is.
