Well... I personally wouldn't give any more money to Microsoft than I had to - not when there are many other packages out there that have served the design industry very well for many years that probably knock this new Microsoft offering into last century! (Had a look at the features section on the site... you can rotate your images! G..Golly! Wow!)
I guess that is a little prejudiced of me really - I must say this is the first I've heard of it, and although I have just given it a beating I'm pretty interested to see how the bitmap to vector thing works... shame about the name though. And what's the deal with "Sparkle Interactive Designer". What kind of name is that?!... sound's like they are trying to attract all the girls that used to play with Barbie in the 90's
