When you save your scene file on a flash drive but don't notice it ran out of diskspace. Then you go back to work on it and it was saved as 0kb and all your stuff is gone to the wind. So then you open up your last save and it's a good 12 hours behind your last one because 99% of the time you save incrementally, but for some odd reason this ONE TIME you forgot too, and lost all your work.
The amount of hate harbored for this scenario here could be bottled up and sold in stores. SCG discount of course.

Or when you do remember to save, but maya crashes during the save and corrupts your file so you have to go back to the last incremental save.

Or when you save it to writable cd, and post the writable cd to your friend in ireland and a leprechaun jumps out of the bushes and attacks the postey and steals your cd and turns it into gold to make his rainbows?
