Hi there guys, i have a big problem.
It's about my new project I am prepareing to do.
Now, the main character in animation will be some sort of wraith with no body (just maybe hands and eyes), acctualy very simular to the nazgluls in lord of the ring book.
here is the example...
In my animation this wraith will hold the hammer, crouch all the time, and smith some objects. So the hand will go up and down all the time... bang... bang...

and along with inertion, his body will follow.
I realy need to get realistic results on this.
I am not expirienced in the cloth simulations. All I've done so far is some reactor plane/cloth simulations, which is quite easy to do.
1. Should I use reactor or cloth fx? Which one will give me the best results? Which one will be easier to learn?
2. Anybody knows some good video tuts on the internet about advanced cloth simulation?
3. For this kind of particular wrath, should I made one cloth - one mesh, or made a cloth out of couple meshes (mesh for the arms, mesh for the body, mesh for the hat, mesh for the cloak)?
4. Should I model and rig character on my own, or you think that the low max could work (as I said, I don't need a body, only cloak)?
I am sorry for a little bit longer post, but I wanted to explain better my problem. I hope somebody will find some free time to answer.
At the end I will show you test animation I made so far (see... the cloth won't stich to character?)
