18 Jan 2008So I was sitting up working on some CG the other night....when I saw something dart across my floor in the dim lighting....first I thought it was my imagination....but on closer inspection it was one of these!
So I managed to catch it and put it in a little aquarium-type-thing that I found outside my house. This thing is sooo cool though...it's only about 2.5 inches long--and fast! When it's scared it can run around at lightning speed....otherwise it's pretty tame...if you don't make any fast movements you can pick it up without having it run away.

19 Jan 2008Yea it does Jay....I toss in little beetles and crickets and things and it scarfs them up
...it apparently doesn't like ants though... -

19 Jan 2008The reason I was curious is because the crickets can't be that much smaller than the lizard itself. Must be cool to watch hehe!
