A mirror...

A friend / colleague / family / lover / stranger (be careful with that one though, my friend recently got kicked out of a shopping mall for sketching). 3d.sk is great, but the internet is full of free reference on the human body (it's why the internet got popular ) places like artmorgue may be a good start or even the bbc motion library
