Pixar's render settings

mitm2002 68 posts18 Apr 2008Anybody know what image size settings Pixar renders their frames at? Any other info would be cool too!

18 Apr 2008If I'm not mistaken, somewhere around 2k. (I remember reading the resolution once, and it's not exactly 2k though)

19 Apr 2008Ahh yes.... they make sure to check the Awesome X Sweetness box on the render settings, I knew I was forgetting something!

19 Apr 2008did you guys notice there was a "good looking render" button in maya's rendering setting?
used that, and you get incredible results!
