31 Dec 2005Just come back from the cinema - a fantastic place with fully reclinable electric seats, pillows and blankets... heheh, that's beside the point though... what a great film!!! Very much a kids film but very enjoyable and visually stunning. Aslan and the beavers in particlar were soooo well animated

31 Dec 2005Hey, yeah i saw it the first day it came here, i thought Alsan and the beavers were awsome too, i just wish i was a kid when i saw it. Other than that, the VFX etc were quite impressive - did'nt beat LOTR though!

31 Dec 2005I had high expectations, especially after just seeing king kong. Movie was great and I loved it, although to me its just a repetitive story because I've read the books a few too many times and seen the existing movie even more. I was hoping they'd stray a little from the storyline but that was a silly hope that would probably just benefit myself. All I can say, is that I hope they do go through and complete the whole series, that would be the absolute kickarsely best! Show us the sequals!

g3org3 355 posts01 Jan 2006YA i agree with cam. It reminded me so much of the animated version I have at home. Its been years since I have seen the movie and read the books. (probaly about 10 years ago or so.) And i could still know what exactly was going to happen next because of the similarities.
Aslan was amazing, Sometimes I had to swear it was just a shot of a real lion, but no, entirely CG.
Good movie, but its PG.
