That sounds a bit complex. Try for something simpler, and think of the end user.
You also want you're website to flow, No sharp edges cutting off images in your design. Logo is part of your design. So if you're using clouds, you must tie the rest of the design into that theme.

yep, i'm agree with ridestowe
Try to find a theme, and build the complete design around it . Works on photoshop to build a layout, do what you want, and keep in mind how your website should work and for who is it build.
When you have the layout, then you can only start the website.

ridestowe, i totaly agree , i'll go along these lines now... i think i' put the content in a cloth held by 2 birds... and the nvigation bar will be in clouds, as well as the title, just like on the pic (well not exactly but you get the idea...)
Goul, is that theme enough for you? btw the site is for me...

if you're goin with a clouds theme, make the entire layout just as fluffy and nice as that image above. the color theme should stay consistent throughout every part of the site.

i like

its a bit pixarish ..btw if ur going to make an interface with that you're going to have to stop using the smoke filter. unless you're just planning on covering the entire page with clouds :S .
