is there like a sure way to tell you friend to write a contract for a project without him getting offended, as you know i always wanted to build a tutorial site, not too into web development i looked towards the only person i know who can do it that i can sorta trust, the problem is hes so unpredictable he cant things i cant imagine so chaotic sort of speak, i want to protect my ideas and investment but i also don't want him offended by the idea of me telling him to write a contract to protect ourselves. (note already been stood up by two friends and i am getting bored of my ideas being used and then once they got everything off me they just dump me out)
any advice.

Tell him you've been burned before, and you're just being professional about it. If he gets offended, it's his own problem.

thank you guys so much for your advice, i told him, and he immediately agreed but honestly i am starting to feel an weird vibe from him lately as if he got offended in the way (you don't trust me?) he never said it, i may be over exposing stuff.
my main problem in my part of the world is: "know it all, master non" i have to force my self to learn so many things to over come the fact that its hard to find talented people whom you can trust, and its hard to find talent in the first place. my option now is to learn web development >< i want to focus on post production and video editing but sadly no way no how i can.
ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR ADVICE, as always your a great help and inspiration.
