12 Mar 2006Has anyone seen this awesome movie (Also known as Night Watch)? I saw it in the cinemas last year. Blew me away, bizarrely bloody awesome.
I just saw the sequal, Dnevnoy dozor (Day Watch)... Holy sh!t... its like they summed up my idea of the best movie ever and cram packed it into a neat little package. VERY COOL!
Highly recommend both movies to EVERYONE and excitedly looking forward to the next installment.
If you know Russian, then you'd enjoy this movie more than I did, if not I suggest you watch them with subtitles. -

you can use babblefish webpage translation to get a translated copy . its a fairly good translation they do a decent job of it.

from what i can see they used fairly simple geometry(often looking like game art) but got very good results
however it doesnt cover other aspects of the movie. -
12 Mar 2006I'm interested... but I doubt it's the sort of thing released over here. I guess I'll have to wait till take a trip back home (by which time I'll have forgotten all about it. doh!) :S
