hello everyone! I have a quick question i hope the board can help me out with. I recently purchased a mackbook and installed a crack version of maya 7. For some reason when i load a character rig to animate the proper color of the rig does not appear. For example, when you download the maxformaya rig, he is supposed to be orange when he appears. When i load the file in maya he appears to look metal for some reason. A friend thinks it could be my graphics card and he wanted me to apply shaders to it. If thats the case i need a step-by-step instructions on how to do that. Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions to fix my problem? Please leave any! I beg you guys.. I can not animate with the rigs looking like that! Happy Animating..

That's really weird. Not sure what to tell you. Do you have access to another computer with a different card?
