16 and 32 bpc rendering probs

Artflame Noir 172 posts02 Apr 2007I have a little problem with renderings 16 and 32 bpc projects.. the render out fine in final, but RAM preview don't show more than some 7 seconds or so...
I run a dual core 3,4 pentium on 2 gigs of RAM..
any ideas?
P.S. on 8 bpc works like a babe.
