Polygons > Mirror Cut creates a plane of symmetry that mirrors the selected object. You can position the symmetry plane using the manipulator. Changes that you make to the original object are then updated on the mirrored object.

Zach thanks a lot a lot a lot that is great info and i been searching for it for some time .
-plecatIV: yes it started with a nurb sphere which i am not use to but Maya got a great nurbs system and it does show it self, unlike max i would start this a polygon but using the isoparms and all was so easy in Maya it helps creating better topology on models
