26 Dec 2006Ok ok... It's nothing like the one TheOnlyAaron made and I probably already have twice as much time in it so far, but who cares anyway.
It's for a school project and my first serious exterior I've made.
This is an photograph from 1895, just a couple of years after it was finished. For the project, this is the year I'll be focusing on. Throughout the years there were a couple of chances, so the reference shots I've made myself are not always as useful as I hoped.
This is what I have so far
It's still ?ber WIP, but I'll have to finish it before February. So enough time to finish it and post some WIPs while I'm at it

Windows are 95% final, so are the things just under the roof edge. -

09 Jan 2007Couple more. It's starting to look like something. Model is about 75% finished.

19 Jan 2007ok, just a couple of fences here and there, work out the last bugs and I'll be home free to texture!

19 Jan 2007I'll probably render a couple of detail stuff later today, when I'm completely done with the model!

21 Jan 2007Had a couple of major setbacks IRL so I haven't really had time to work on the model. I wanted to get started on the texturing today but I guess that has to wait until tomorrow...
Any specific parts you guys want close-ups from? I guess the last render pretty much shows the detail in there.

23 Jan 2007Thinking about it.. Thing is that it's for an client that has pretty wild ideas with it. But for my personal portfolio I'll need to think about making the original landscape for it too.
