07 Jan 2007dude, pretty cool stuff! and you're really moving along on it fast!
i've never done lip syncing, so I can only point out things that bother me. there were a couple times where it felt like his mouth was either lagging a teeny tiny bit behind the lyrics, or his mouth would already be in the formation of a word he was about to say. but these were minor, and i only noticed it maybe twice.
really cool, way better than anything i could do! it'll be cool to see a background in there, too! -

Yeah I suck at the keyframing thing
,but I love to work on this kind of stuff.I have to learn to keep his mouth shut during no speech times. that way he not moving before he speeks and after.
lot manual work.........
I have no way around that at this time.
