Here is a robot i'm working on
caracteristics: small head, big arms and hands
Modeling, texturing, rigging done ... I'm come here to get help for the hardests parts to me : animation and compositing
So here is a couple of pics with this boy
This will probably finish in a 1min animation, i've few ideas with this guy

13 Feb 2007He looks briallint man!! His textures looks great! His face definatly reminds me of the Iron Giant, I really like the design of him, and the huge arms and hands is a very good characteristic for him, well done!
Looking forward seeing him in action! -

13 Feb 2007thats really cool man, I love it so far, really nice overall. The animation is still a bit rough, but I love it man.

13 Feb 2007Calymotion & iest> yeah, a lot of people talk me about the iron giant... wasn't one of my reference though.. Was more influanced by the lowmax guy, or by the robots of bluesky than by the iron giant..
For sure, not something really original, but quiete easy to use and set..
It was first a model to train my rigging and animation skills, based on simples shapes. A square or a spherical head wasn't really intersting, i've keep the cylindrical one
I will maybe add few details to it to get it more original, but i will keep the cylindrical aspect
