Hey J,
Nice to see it done

...I know you won't be going back to it, but here are some comments:
-There are points throughout the whole thing were his body does hard turns, and slightly jerky movements. 2 examples of hard turns are at frames: 19-22 and 185-190. Very slight, but I noticed them on my first viewing. Simply accentuating the moving holds that follow those frames would fix that problem (or even adding extra overlap on the head)
-Ok...the first jump is looking strange. here are the problems:
a) Kicking his foot up is pretty unnatural...if you were to take a leap like that in real life, you'd never kick your foot first (at least, in the way your character does), because it would cause your hips to lean forward (as your character's hips do)...whereas in order to anticipate a jump like that, you would need to lean back.
b) Now I realize he does do a little bit of leaning back right before the jump, but instead of doing an anticipatory lean-back, he sort of just crouches for a second...which doesn't help him build up any momentum.
-The same anticipation issues are going on during the 2nd leap. He doesn't lean far enough back to create the momentum needed to move so far forward
-The third leap is much nicer imo
Overall it's really nice man! Just thought I'd give you an in-depth critique of what I feel could still be polished
