So many things going on on simply, but so little time to apreciateand reply! I have lots and lots of work here!
anyhow, here is what i am curently working on:
we had to animate letters and express a feeling through it. i hope it is obvious to see what feeling i was working on...
anyhow, i have to hand this in next week, and i am open to any crit you guys may have.
i have to polish the animation some, and i'd like to add some more city at the end of the street, i'll see about that. so yea, anything that comes to your mind would greatly help regarding anything concerting anything!

I love the skewed houses and lamposts
The main thing that's standing out for me is when he runs...I like the "twinkle toes" thing you've got going on, but it would be nice to have a bit of weight to each step, ie...maybe he just leans a little bit onto the foot that's planted, so you get a wobbling-left-and-right effect (very subtle).
The slide at the end before he runs into the shadows is very nice -

i worked a little bit on the render to make it less cold, and more atractive...

i might make the overall a little brighter, since my screen isn't calibrated... i'll check tomorow

26 Dec 2007Hey mate...one thing maybe to add is some volume light coming off the street lights, like a sort of hazy towards the ground. Know what I mean?
