This is my first attempt at modelling a person.
Its not great... as I only started modeling and animating (using 3ds max) a month ago.
Anyway heres what I got so far.. -

15 May 2008yeah if its ur first month modeling, that's a very good job. you should post a wireframe so we can see the edge loops and what not. keep at it man!

he has some other very good tutorials for body modeling. and there are some good at 3dtotal.com
but the best way would be to if you draw a ear with pencil (anatomically correct ofcorse) and then try to divide it into plans and faces on paper then you will get a better understanding of the form. -
