Hello.
I have been doing a project for a while now. It is done by the 3ds Max Fundamentals (

I want to push my project further and do a little more than in Fundamentals course. My biggest problem is the damn brightness. The scene is supposed to be in night but on my monitors everything is too dark. When i crank up the light intensity the the whole scene looks unnatural. So i have to find a perfect balance between the two. I post a few screens of my project. They are my test render images.
Note the last two pictures are the same. I like the last one better because the night feels more natural. But its too dark to make anything out. The brighter image feels a little bit unnatural. I am not aiming for photorealism but i want to make a beautiful picture. Any suggestions would be very welcomed. I use 3ds Max and default scanline render.
Also give me info how is the brightness looking on your monitor. The first three pictures look OK on my LCD monitor.
