I did a pass first for the ball, then arms n hands and again for the head to watch it. ..also i tried to use the curve editor to smoth out the balls motion but it still looks jumpy.
One quick thing you can do to help you get the ball working well is to watch the arcs. If you watch the ball now it's not moving on a very nice arc, as it comes close to the guy it kind of stops and moves down. You can use a dry-erase marker (carefully) on your monitor to plot your arcs and help you fix them. You can simultaneously check and fix your spacing/timing while you fix the arcs as the points you plot will show you your spacing.

check your graphs too i think you should use the handles to smooth it more.
