My first critique, is get some frame numbers! It's hard to critique certain parts of the animation if we can't tell you what frame things are on.
The box feels very disconnected from him. Take some more time and make sure the box isn't moving on it's own. Nothing moves without a force, in the case of the box it's being moved by external force, or the man lifting and pushing it. If it's suppose to be heavy then it should never move even a millimeter unless the guy is doing it.
The balance in your posing is pretty decent, though it could use a little love in places. (frame numbers!)
The main issue is that the box has no weight in the beginning at all. He is lifting it up but he doesn't even straighten his arms so how can we believe it's so heavy that it would knock him over.
As a more general note, try not to start your anims with the guy in default pose. Remember before and after this shot begins this character is alive and doing something. He isn't just standing in default waiting for the camera to turn on. Beyond weight, force, acting, the principles of animation, balance, any of that, is that you want these character to feel alive. Even in simple exercise you should strive to give the illusion of life in all your stuff.
Rock on though, keep at this one.
