hey guys sry it's been a while with no new but my exams are comming up this month, (so is my birthday, yay). anyway, i'll try to get working on the car a this weekend and i will post a wire if you guys want.
yea i actulay watch that tutorial during the holidays now i'm just working of my little knowledge and my memory. btw on that tutorial i remembered you ended up with a mesh with triangles everywhere so i didn't want to do it. then a few days ago i wanted to do a car and i didn't know witch one . i ended up doing this one remembering these tutorials)
btw thank you very much for all your comments. i wish the final car is going to turn out to be as good as it looks right now
ridestowe, i have actulay been focusing on the render a bit because i need to practise at them. every night before i go to bed, i usualy model a very simple head and play with the lighting and the materials for about half an hour.
anyway i'll catch you guys later

hey all, i might as well keep you up to date with this car.
yesterday i have been working on the rendering environement. the car is still the same though.
the bridge and the moon are 3d the building in the back are just 3 pics from paris... all done in photoshop.
the render on the car isn't the final one so don't worry about that

come of the buildings look off-angle, like the notre dame looks like its been tilted up or something. also the clouds, you cqan easily see thats just filter - render - clouds

i think it looks really nice, richard! the model is astounding! really great work!
maybe try some HDRI lighting to get the reflections to really pop off there.
and, of course, a background image.

Great work Richard. Very nice scale and details.
Are you going to build the interior objects and panels? If ok, i'm waiting to see.
I'm working on a same. But in the first steps, I think.
Will happy if you see and say me your opinion and some ideas to improve it.
