Taking inspiration from your thread mate, i'm gonna do the slowmo water bottle with the bullet 1 night stand.
So far I've made the bottle.

what does FFD stand for? Is it a Max term?

it stands for free form deformer it allows you to deform your mesh based on a simple latice.
nice work cam is that a ffd mixed with reactor (can you even do that :S) to get the bounce or is it all keyframed ?

Tis easy mate!

Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Sambuca
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Bailey's irish cream
Mixing instructions:
Pour the Sambuca and Kahlua into the Cocktail Glass and give the drinker a straw. Pour the Baileys and Blue Curacao into two sepsrate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concotion in the cocktail glass and start to drink through the straw (this drink should be drunk in one) , as the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the Baileys and Blue Curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone!!

Corny, nice work! where's the blobmesh in this scene? it looks like your bullet trail is afterburn, no?
looks really good, will be neat to put it right next to the real reference when its all done!

renderer was scanline
Until the blobmesh came the renders were around 6 seconds, even with the afterburn inside so I could render it fine, then they jumped up hugely for the blobbers, so kind Aden there offered to help render. I owe him Globe's first born now.
