if ur using max ....click on the controllers for the eyes and in the modify tab there should be a look at slider just set it to 100 (not too sure about the specifics)
edit : just wanted to say thats an awesome soundclip it leaves a lot of room for creativity.

There's a custom attribute for it in the eyes dummy from what I remember....just set it to 1.0

OK so I've got a basic animation going, still gotta fix up a couple of sync errors and very linear camera movement- but all's going well.
The only part i'm going to dread is rendering.
Here's one of the frames, its supposed to be on a train so yeah.
BTW: Is there a way to have more than one lowmax character in a scene?

GOD DAMN!
I reinstalled windows today, and when I was reinstalling max it must have deleted my scenes directory!
I HAVE NOTHING TO WORK WITH NOW!
I could say so many bad words lol....
Anyway, I think i'll skip this mini challenge for now... i've only got 2 days left to do anything so...

Man that sucks!
Here are a couple things to check (since by default, an install of Max should NOT overwrite/delete old scene files)
-Did you install max in the same folder? Ie....was your old install directory c:\3dsmax8 and your new one c:\3dsmax or c:\program files\3dsmax8 etc etc? That's happened to me before
-Check the autoback directory for backup files that 3dsmax automatically generates as you work

Rather foolishly, i reinstalled max7 in the same friggin directory - I've reinstalled max 7 before heaps of times into the same directory but its never ever deleted anything before...Its stupid on my part for not backing it all up!
Well seeing as this scene only took about 5 minutes to set up with vray AND the rigged character wasnt mine anyway, I have started again.
I wont have time to render it though - can I ask a favour of someone and get you to render the animation for me (if you have any spare time)?
If you can, here are my scene specs: Max 7, and Vray Advance 1.4.7 - that's about it.
Now this is all if I can get this done by tomorrow lol
Thanks anyway guys,
