Cool to see you in this...now, onto your image
1) Ok...your colour choice is hurting the eyes if you know what I mean. It's like you took your image into photoshop and boosted the saturation to the max....try creating softer midtones, with darker shadows and only a bit lighter highlights.
2) The image is very blurred....and it's hard to make out what stuff is.
3) The water (I'm assuming it's water) is too wavy. Have the z-amount for whatever kind of noise modifier you threw on there MUCH lower. In the ocean, the water is actually very flat....almost completely flat, save for a couple of very limited ripples.....Right now it looks very I-put-a-huge-noise-modifier-on-my-mesh! Instead of...look-at-me!-I'm-water!
