So after totally redoing the model this is what I came up with.

And I also started making the colors for his box.
Should turn out alright.

My entree:
Yea, its not Gir. I didnt want to do him anymore cause the materials were effing up. But yea, this was kinda rushed. All done in 1 day. 3ds max and vray.

its not bad, but being a big les paul fan i'm not quite convinced. the model is really good but the frets are a bit thick. awesome job for a one-day piece though.
i do like gir a bit better still though

First sorry for being so late.
A note that it seems that the HDR you have used is not matching your scene correctly. look at those rough black and red reflections. needs editing to be the final. also chromy material needs more work.
However great details and texturing you have made. well done man!
I love your pink environment.
