Woah! nice one Ridey! The materials on him are awsome! The anly crit i'd have is the thin balck line around him, it's a little 'square' if you could round it off a bit, and mabe make it a tad bit thicker - it'll be awsome! It would be aslo very cool, if you could make the eyes glow a bit. But otherwise, awsome stuff! Really good style.

wow, REALLY cool! nice blend of a semi-realistic material and a toon shader! can we expect an animation with this guy?

yeah man, one more vote for the glow on the eyes, and also, if it were to suit my taste, I would make the toon stroke heavier and give it more weight in certain places, And I don't know if you want to keep it really low poly, but more smooth on some of the geometry would help as I can see a bit of faceting. Other than those minimal crits, Looks good, can't wait to see more.

I really like it. Did you use mentalray for the render? same critiques from me that the other people already said. Also I think you need to up the samples on your light solution and the samples on your metal shader. other than that its pretty darn sweet.

thanks for the crits guys. i'm gonna up the polys on most of the stuff, see if i can chagne the line thickness in some areas, and increases the sampling on the material and render.
ps: it was vray, not mental ray.
