Hi!
Here's my first walk animation. I based it off the example in Richard William's book.
I think the steps are pretty big, but I do like the feel of the walk. Check it out here:

that is really good loved it was this done in maya? honstly that is good the weighting and curves but i am no expert in animation but i think you should work on Anticipation cause the cycle seems to be stiff when switching legs

Thanks for the comments. It was done in xsi. About anticipation, are you talking about when the legs pass each other? or when the legs are extended?

Yeah, i'm no animator either, but when I look at this, I see that everything looks good to me, but you might want to adjust your up and down curves on the pelvic area, because it seems like it is impacting hard every time it goes down. maybe smooth that out a bit. And also, when the foot is dropping, bend the toe up a bit and then put it down after the heel hits. I think there is something about that in that book. I had to read it once. Anyways, looking good, keep us posted.
