It's pretty cool, I know my first few models weren't as good!
Here are my views from the bottom up:
toes are all same length, seems odd, he's not a bird :O toes don't blend into top of foot foot is overly squarish, and sharp and large for the size of the legs + body.
ankles are awefully big + high especially compared to the size of the shin + thigh. There seems to be no muscle in the thigh or shin, would make it hard to move around. normall it wouldnt matter for a cartoony model, but you've put a lot of detail in other places and to keep the same level of detail you have to be consistent.
The legs dont merge at all into the stomach-torso area, the bum is way square, has no roundedness, and as mentioned the crack is considerably painful and goes all the way up his back. Definately needs roundedness, go for a walk and check out peoples bums, don't ask permission, just go up and look closely, take photos e.t.c. Ribs are scary as hell, I've seen it happen with this tut before that the stomach becomes ridiculously insect bloated and the ribs stick out further than the bum cheeks, ribs should be subtle... dude, he's got a fat arse stomach, yet his ribs are poking out like a starvin marvin, wtf is up with that? Although it is cool how they come around the back, but its not anatomically correct, the shoulder blades at the back are great, but you gave him square man titties that you could squeeze to get alien juice out of, thats scary too.
The arms are very square, as are the hands and the shoulders should blend up into the neck and on into the head.
The head is MASSIVE for the rest of him, tis cool if you're making a bobble head, or even for some stylised animation but doesnt seem to suit.
The shape of the jaw is way out. Fair enough he's an alien, could be how he is but it doesnt look right, jaws should go back towards where an ear should be then up not up like a triangle, people even aliens dont look like inverted pencils. and there should be some under jaw flab, everythings got sexy under jaw flab. even aliens
I've seen it so much, people put all their attention into modelling the head, say they spend a week making a head, and then 2 hours modelling the rest of the body. It's a waste of time as a whole, the same amount of detial and attention should be paid to the entire being as a whole instead of focussing on one thing and having the rest sub-par to what you've focussed on.
Unless you're doing a course or something where a demo reel is part of it, I really dont think you should be focussing on making one. You should be moreso focussing on learning than on the desired career outcome. Expect to spend a long time learning, many months, even years before people will even consider you for professional hiring.

i do understand what you say completly and thanks alot for the crits which i promis to consider in my next upcoming projects for the demo reel thing the thing is now i graduated from university and i have to find a job asap before my dad kicks me out lol and because in my area which is the middel east there are graphic gods but only few of them that you can probably count on your hand but for the rest they arnt good at all they tend to copy and edit and then they submit it and say its his and due to the editting its not considered plagarism any way that has nothing to do with this model so thanks again from your spacific crits.
