Hey - nice one good start man!
Some pointers; His right foot looks like it's glued down to the floor, and when he's trying to lift it, it kinda looks that it pops off the floor. Try and make it more fluent, and gently lifts it up.
I like his head bopping, but i think the last on is a bit too much, and if you could make something of the hands, so they're not jut open like that, then youll have an awsome animation.
Good job!

Hey Mahmoud. It's nice and has a certain appeal to it, but one thing I didn't get was... why are his arms out in front of him like that? You seem to have a good sense of 'weight of motion' but there also needs to be a reason for action in animation.
Right now he kinda looks hesitant, like he's a little bit scared of something, so how about having his arms close to his chest or fingers touching his face nervously?... that's just a suggestion, but, even when you animate something like a simple walk cycle you still need to ask yourself "what is this guy thinking and feeling?"
All part of the learning curve... keep it up.
