hey everyone this is an animation i have been working on for a few months started as a team project i ended up leaving the group and taking my work with me because they were far from pulling ther oun wieght
i know my char animation needs loads of help but over all im happy with it most of of how the senes and props turned out.
Let me know what you guys think this is realy one of my first big animations so let me have it only way ill get better.

hey bro, pretty sweet, good job! impressive for one of your first animations.
like you say there's lots of room for improvement (always is isn't there?) in the character animation, making the movements smoother, flow a little better, but for a project you tackled on your own thats friggen amazing.
something else that popped out at me was the camera movement, not that it was bad at all, but while i was watching i was aware there was a camera. it distracted me a little.
anyway, wicked man, cheers!

great work to be pulled by only one person i could imagin the stress u went through , ofcourse u know the issues but i want to make sure:
1- the animation had really good idea behind them and some good posses but too stiffs (lacking antisipation, and drag)
2-the enviorment was to stiff too ( i dont know effect but u couldve asked some one like hype or kilroy) u couldve added wind and made the grass animate just a sutle animation so everything wont look dead still.
3- i might be wrong but the rockets or the trails started from thin air you couldve used a model of a cannon and showing a rat pulling the rob and realising chaos and madness upon this worl.
4- at the end the cloth simulation i think u used a high strength air with alot of frequance which made it extermly fast for the shot cause i notced u wanted to be like the usual film clip where the hero stand at the hill and his entire cap soflty and gently waving with the air ( and that made the grass far more still since that wind didnt seem to have any action on the grass)
sorry for get carried away!!!
BUT HERE IS WHAT I LIKED ALOT (CAMERA WORK) man you could be a great director that camera work was worth all the animation i seen I AM REALY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK PUT ON TO IT (the head to head switching, and close ups) U HAVE GOT ALL ASPECTS OF A MOVIE
at the end i want to say great work and i would love to see more of this!

not too bad! certainly better than my first story animation! yeah, the character animation was the biggest thing that bothered me. your camera movement was great, though! lots of cool lighting, fire and explosions, some cloth work. was it inspired by "Redwall"?
really nicely done, and you know where the weak spots are, so you know how to grow with it. good for you for picking up the slack on this, too. Ambition is a big factor in this industry.

Nice work man, I agree with mahmoudnahmad and his crits, one thing you can try is (and I don't know how to set this up) but set up a soft body on the leaves, and weight each one differently (closer to the stem has a low influence) and then simply add an Air Affector.
But congrats on winning the contest!
