Here is playblast of a quadruped animation I've been working on.
I haven't been working on it too long, just the last few days.
I'd be very happy if I could get some feedback on it. I think most important is the jump up onto the fence. To me, it seems like there is something wrong with it. A little hiccup in the motion perhaps? I'd love to get some feedback on what exactly is wrong there, as well as any other feedback you can give me.
I think this is the first time I've ever submitted an animation on a forum. Glad I could do it here. Sorry for the bad quality. Very low webspace available.

Hey there. Thats an awsome aniamtion you've got yourself there man! The secondary motion on the ears and everything is spot on! You've done a great job!
What I'd recommend about the jump is that you could make the cat jump higher and actaully land on the fence, instead of it just going up and appearing on the fence - dont get me wrong, it kicks ass as it is now, but maybe it'll be better otherwise?
The way you've made him fall is spot on, brilliant, and the way he tried to get his footing again, is superb! Great job! Excellent stuff!

I like your animation alot, having secondry motion on the ears, and setle antisipation was great. just one tinsy pitsy thing bothers me the cats mostash or in this case it was part of the cat mesh needs a bit more drag animation put on to it just like the ears (which are very well done i can say), one other things would be nice is the camera i think is too stiff, and finally if u only extended this animation just a bit more and made the camera follow the cat once it fell in to the ground showing an animation of the cat head dizzy and birds flying in a circle around its head, but these are just suggestions.
GOOD LUCK AND DONT BE SHY POST AS MANY ANIMATION AS U CAN looking forword to see more of ur work

Thank you very much both for responding! You both had good suggestions that I will be sure to try out in the animation.
I've since worked on it and improved the jump to some degree, but I agree it may look better with more verticle leap.
That was suggested by an instructor, to exagerate that more, and I did, but I see that it could be pushed even farther.
The due date for the animation is technicaly in.... 12 minutes, so any changes probably won't get graded (although technically the server is not allowing people to upload their stuff, so I may have another day to work on it ^_^
I have two other animations that I will post... later today or tomorrow. I'm not sure. I've been working on all three for the past 13 hours or so nonstop, so we'll see where sleep fits in.
Thanks for the critiques and comments, and please keep them coming.
