Hi! I finally finished my sidestep assignment for AM. This was 3 weeks in the making.... and I think it's about done now

The beginning rocks! The only thing that looks kind of odd is the second sidestep at the end. Looks like he does it for no reason. Looking good though man.

Thanks for the comment JayG! Yeah, I just wanted him to have a big sidestep and then a littler sidestep to settle him into position. Also, I figured it would be good practice... heh.

Yeah, I think the second sidestep shouldn't have so extreme poses. That'll fix the problem. If he's settling into position it'll be much more subtle movements, I think.
Great job, though - very well done!

I think Animation Mentor can Kick students off the course for sharing thier property. That right isnt it Iestyn?? But anyways thats a pretty basic rigg man, it would be easy enough to build yourself.

Sorry guys, the animation mentor people are pretty strict about not sharing rigs. Bobby Beck has repeatedly said not to share them. I know of one person who got kicked out of AM because they thought he was sharing rigs with other people.
That said, the rigs at AM aren't anything special. In fact, I'd say that they are simpler than a lot of the rigs you can find on the net. Before I started AM I didn't completely understand this--> It's about the animator, not the rig.
