Well, I learned with 3D Studio Max but I began using lightwave for a question of taste. I got used to it very quickly and I felt really confortable with its workflow. It has a great render and now with Fprime you can have really good realtime feedback while lighting and texturing. I also fell in love with its modelling aplication (modeller). As every package,it has its pros and cons. Some people hates the fact that it has the modeller separate from layout. It?s just a different way of doing things.
What I?ve done with Photoshop was just the sepia effect and a little glow effect which gives the image a good mood. Anyway, this still needs some more antialiasing that I couldn?t achieve for a matter of time.
