7thTheory 24 posts21 Oct 2005i started this ipod whilst in class for something to do and it actually looked good lol
anyway, i brought the file home and worked more on it.
i was working ages on the lighting but i dont think this will be the final lighting effect.(gonna try and learn how to get a photo realism finish)

21 Oct 2005I'd add some segments here and there to the wire. Looks good though, but I think it needs to be shinier.

Toni 65 posts21 Oct 2005set the wire to adaptive, then tweak your model, cuz to me it just looks like a chamfered box with a texture slapped on it, you're close but it's just not an iPod, it doesnt bring up the feel, you know what i'msaying

That being said...was a little disappointed that it was just projected textures on a smoothed box... ....your wire is a little too segmented too -
