I have finally completed a new demo reel. I think I did a good job, but I will need your crits and comments to be sure.
Although I am good at Maya, I chose Blender to be the renderer of the models in this reel. I also used it for the video editing, as well as Virtual Dub. The music was created by Pierre Martin, and it is a remix of the music from an old arcade game.

The presentation looks good. The only concern I have, if you are going for a modeling position, is that all your work is very much in the same category and style. I think you need to show a bit of range in style and subject. Also remove some of the projects like the mechanical ship and buildings, not the strongest pieces.
In a perfect world you would have a great example of a hard surface model and at least one realistic model because it is easy to hide behind models that nobody knows what they should look like.
A few other things to consider, depending on what place you apply to, they might have the modelers do the unwrapping or skinning. So you might need a reel that shows a bit more than just the topology, like the UVs or show that the model holds up well in animation etc. Since you already have some of the characters textured I would include that.
Hope this gives you some ideas, keep up the good work. You have some very nice models.
