Hey that's weird I didn't even see this one...
I like what you've got! You've done a good job capturing the style of the concept art. My main suggestion would be to tweak her eyes...right now they're too deeply set into her head and they look creepy....try to move them forward just so that there's a thin eyelid surrounding them (right now the eyelid is really thick)
