I like this site very much because i revealed to lot of information and techniques about 3ds max.
Ok, here is my first post. I designed this character almost an year ago for my short film but unfortunately my harddisk had some problem (its got burned) and i lost my all the data. luckily i had backup of this character. so i am sharing with you.
I would like to know what you think about it.

23 Feb 2008he's pretty cool, nicely done. he looks a bit oversharpened though, i'm not sure if that was on purpose or just the quality of the image. it would be great to have seen him animated (sorry about your hd failing, that sucks).

Hey guys glad to let you know that our studio "Rhythm and Hues" where i am working as a character aniamtion TD won the Oscar for visual effects in "The Golden Compass". Congrats all !!!!!!!!!!! -

26 Feb 2008I think that's Sean you're think of Ridey. I'm working for The Monk Studio in Bangkok. Though the founder, Juck Somsaman, is a former Rhythm and Hughes guy who helped set up the Indian office... small world
That's a nice looking character you have there. I'd have another look at that pose though as it's not so strong right now. Work on the line of action and make the sillhouette nice and clear - really push the pose -
